By participating in the Venom P.O.W.E.R. Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada and at least 18 years of age.
Participants must have purchased and used Venom Power Tires on or after January 1, 2025 to qualify.
Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
2. Program Overview
The Program rewards customers for creating and sharing authentic video reviews of Venom Power Tires on social media.
Videos must be posted on public accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.
All content must follow the provided video guidelines and comply with the terms of the hosting platform.
3. Video Submission & Reward Criteria
To qualify for Stage 1, participants must accumulate a minimum of 300 total views across any of the approved platforms.
Additional rewards are based on the following view milestones:
5,000 views – Stage 2
15,000 views – Stage 3
100,000 views – Stage 4
250,000 views – Stage 5 (Choice of a $500 gift card or a free set of tires “Up to 35 | 12.50R 22LT” )
Participants must submit proof of views and video link via the official submission form at VenomPowerProgram.com.
Videos must remain live and public for a minimum of 12 months to remain eligible for ongoing milestone rewards.
4. Reward Distribution
Gift cards will be distributed digitally via email within 7–10 business days after verification of milestone achievement.
Venom Power Tires reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, content authenticity, and view counts prior to issuing any reward.
5. Content Usage & Rights
By submitting your video, you grant Venom Power Tires the right to use your content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across digital and print platforms.
Venom Power Tires may repost, share, or reference submitted videos with proper credit to the original creator.
6. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:
Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information
Using bots, paid views, or artificial engagement to inflate view counts
Posting content that is defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate
Deleting or removing the video within 12 months of its original post date
7. Program Changes
Venom Power Tires reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program or its terms at any time, without prior notice. Updates will be posted on VenomPowerProgram.com.
